摘要
目的本研究探讨无创呼吸机在急性左心衰竭患者急诊救治中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至12月山东省菏泽市东明县人民医院收治的78例左心衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照不同的急救治疗方法,分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。比较2组患者治疗后的心率、平均氧分压、平均动脉压及治疗有效率等指标,观察不同治疗方法对患者产生的影响。结果观察组患者应用无创呼吸机进行急诊救治后,患者的心率、平均氧分压、平均动脉压得到了稳定控制,各项指标分别为(86.04±10.21)次/min、(92.64±0.17)mm Hg和(87.21±1.69)mm Hg,观察组患者的治疗有效率达到了94.87%,各项结果均显著优于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用无创呼吸机对急性左心衰竭患者进行急诊救治的效果显著,可稳定患者的病情,提高整体治疗有效性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the application of non-invasive ventilator in emergency treatment of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods A total of 78 patients with left heart failure admitted to dongming county people's hospital in heze city,shandong province from January to December 2018 were selected as research objects.According to different first-aid treatment and nursing methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group on average,with 39 patients in each group.After treatment,the heart rate,average oxygen partial pressure,average arterial pressure and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared to observe the effect of different treatment methods on the patients.Results The observation group of patients after application of noninvasive ventilator for emergency care,the patient's heart rate,average oxygen partial pressure,mean arterial pressure stability control,each index respectively(86.04±10.21)times/min,(92.64±0.17)mm Hg and(87.21±1.69)mm Hg,observation group reached 94.87%,the treatment of patients with effective permeance all results were significantly better than control group during this period,the significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of non-invasive ventilator in emergency treatment of patients with acute left heart failure has a significant effect,which can stabilize the patient's condition and improve the overall treatment effectiveness.It is worthy of clinical application.
