手法复位联合小夹板固定与掌侧钢板固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的疗效分析

Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture in the Elderly by Manual Reduction Combined with Splint Fixation and Volar Plate Fixation

目的分析手法复位联合小夹板固定与掌侧钢板固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析曲靖市中医医院2015年4月至2019年4月收治的老年桡骨远端骨折患者120例,根据治疗方法分为对照组60例和观察组60例,对不同组内的患者采取不用的治疗方法。其中对照组患者采用手法复位联合小夹板固定的治疗方法,观察组患者采用掌侧钢板固定的治疗方法。治疗相同时间之后,比较2组患者的X线检查评估结果、腕关节功能现状及患者治疗满意度等一系列临床指标。结果观察组患者的X线检查评估结果明显优于对照组的评估结果(P<0.05),观察组患者的腕关节功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05),而2组老年桡骨远端骨折患者的治疗满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相对于手法复位联合小夹板固定治疗方法来说,采用掌侧钢板固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折效果更佳,可有效改善患者的腕关节功能,其治疗效果优于手法复位联合小夹板固定,而两种治疗方法患者满意度相同,可依据患者需求选择性使用。

Objective The therapeutic effect of the analysis method reset the joint small splint fixation and the retention of the palm side steel plate to treat the far-end fracture of the elderly tibia.Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 cases of elderly tibia far-end fracturepatients admitted to Qujing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between April 2015 and April 2019,randomLy divided them into 60 cases in the control group,60 cases in the observation group,and used unused treatment methods for patients in different groups.Among them,the control group of patients used the method to reset the combination of small splint fixed treatment,the observation group of patients using palm side plate fixed treatment method.After the same time of treatment,a series of clinical indicators such as X-ray examination evaluation results,wrist function status and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The X-ray examination evaluation results of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of wrist function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P>0.05).However,there was no significant difference in treatment satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to the method reset joint small splint fixed treatment method,the use of palm-side plate fixed treatment of the far-end fracture of the elderly tibia is better,can effectively improve the patient's wrist function,the therapeutic effect is better than the method reset joint splint fixed,and the two treatments patient satisfaction is the same,can be used selectively according to the needs of patients.
