急诊与择期手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位的临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Emergency and Elective Surgery for Ankle Fracture and Dislocation

目的比较急诊手术与择期手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位患者的临床效果。方法选取惠阳三和医院2018年2月至2019年6月收治的72例踝关节骨折脱位患者随机平分为对照组与研究组,各36例,对照组实施择期手术,研究组实施急诊手术,比较2组、并发症情况与Philips踝关节评分。结果治疗后,研究组临床指标优于对照组,研究组并发症发生率较低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论研究组临床效果明显高于对照组,且缩短了患者骨折愈合与住院时间,改善患者的后足功能,降低术后并发症发生率,改善预后。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of emergency surgery and elective surgery in the treatment of ankle fracture and dislocation.Methods A total of 72 patients with ankle fracture and dislocation admitted to Huiyang Sanhe Hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 36 patients in each group.Elective surgery was performed in the control group,while emergency surgery was performed in the study group.Results After treatment,the clinical index of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the fracture healing and hospitalization time of the patients were shortened,the posterior foot function of the patients was improved,the incidence of postoperative complications was reduced,and the prognosis was improved.
