活血清解汤提高急性胰腺炎治疗效果

Huoxue Qingjie Decoction Improved Treatment Effect of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨在西医治疗基础上加用活血清解汤对急性胰腺炎的治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院收治的60例急性胰腺炎患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予活血清解汤结合西医疗法治疗,对照组仅给予西医疗法,对比治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组炎性细胞因子低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗基础上加用活血清解汤可显著提高急性胰腺炎的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of treating acute pancreatitis with Huoxue Qingjie Decoction on the basis of Western medicine.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into observation group and control group,30 in each group.The observation group was treated with Huoxue Qingjie decoction combined with Western medicine,while the control group was only treated with Western medicine.Results The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the inflammatory cytokines of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of western medicine treatment,the treatment effect of acute pancreatitis can be significantly improved by Huoxue Qingjie Decoction.
