喹硫平与丙戊酸钠治疗双相情感障碍伴躁狂急性发作患者的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Of Quetiapine and Sodium Valproate in the Treatment Of Patients With Bipolar Affective Disorder With Acute Manic Episodes

目的研究喹硫平与丙戊酸钠治疗双相情感障碍(BPD)伴躁狂急性发作患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2019年5月徐州市东方人民医院收治的90例BPD伴躁狂急性发作患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分成观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组采用喹硫平治疗,对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗前,2组认知功能、躁狂严重程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组持续性应答数(RP)、错误应答数(RE)及持续性错误数(RPE)值均低于对照组,完成分类数(CC)、行连续操作试验(CPT)评价值高于对照组,YMRS评分、BRMS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率97.78%高于对照组86.67%,不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠相比喹硫平治疗BPD伴躁狂急性发作能提高患者认知功能,缓解躁狂症状,提高疗效、稳定病情,改善预后效果,减少不良反应发生。

Objective To study the clinical effects of quetiapine and sodium valproate in the treatment of patients with bipolar affective disorder(BPD)and acute manic episodes.Methods A total of 90 patients with BPD with acute manic episodes admitted into Oriental People's Hospital of Xuzhou from January 2015 to May 2019 were selected as objects of study and divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given quetiapine,and the control group was given sodium valproate.The treatment effect of the two group were compared.Results There was no difference in cognitive function and mania severity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);compared with the control group After treatment,the values of RP,RE,RPE in the observation group were lower,the values of CC and CPT were higher,and the score of YMRS and BRMS was lower;the effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the adverse reactions were less than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with sodium valproate,quetiapine in the treatment of ACUTE episodes of BPD accompanied by mania can improve patients'cognitive function,relieve the symptoms of mania,improve the curative effect,stabilize the condition,improve the prognosis,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
