舱内液体模拟方法对船体振动分析的影响对比

摘要 为更准确地模拟船体振动,使用质量点分布法、多点约束法以及边界元计算虚拟质量的方法分别模拟一小型船模舱内液体,对船模振动模态进行分析并与实验值进行对比。采用这3种方法分析某型油船的振动模态并对结果进行对比分析,研究表明采用虚拟质量法模拟舱内液体附加质量时得到的船体振动固有频率更符合实际,而质量点分布法和多点约束法的质量分布受人为因素影响较大,虚拟质量法更具工程应用价值。 In order to simulate ship vibration more accurately,distributed mass points,RBE3 and virtual fluid mass derived from BEM are used to simulate internal liquid of a ship model respectively.Modal analysis is performed and natural frequency result of each method is compared with experimental data.Then comparative analysis of these methods is carried out upon the modal analysis results of a tanker.It turns out that natural frequency obtained via virtual fluid mass coincides with practical case much better,and mass distribution from distributed mass method and RBE3 method is to a certain degree affected by human factors.Virtual fluid mass method is more suitable for engineering practice.
