摘要
通过考察《润滑脂压力分油测定法》试验条件中温度和器皿对结果的影响,发现目前标准中规定的操作温度范围15℃~25℃过宽,在实际检测中易导致不同检测机构间的结果差异较大,甚至出现质量纠纷。另外,鉴于结果对脂皿尺寸较敏感,检测前应进行尺寸确认,以避免因此带来的检测误差。
Through the investigation of the influence of temperature and utensils on the result of oil separation of lubricating grease under pressure,it is found that the operating temperature range of 15℃~25℃specified in the current standard is too wide,which is easy to cause the result difference between different testing institutions in actual testing,and even cause quality disputes.In addition,because the results are sensitive to the size of the dish,the size should be confirmed before the test to avoid the test error.
