摘要
以往文献研究大多支持企业履行社会责任有助于其声誉提升的观点,但在方法上大多采用回归分析,缺少多变量组态比较的研究方法。文章构建两阶段分析理论模型,以234份企业员工调查问卷为样本,通过模糊集定性比较分析方法探究地域不平衡、所有权性质与社会责任等前置条件组合对企业声誉的影响,结果表明:积极履行社会关心责任作为核心变量,同时存在于企业声誉提升的四条路径中,而企业忽略或不履行社会关心责任会导致企业声誉下降;对于欠发达地区的国有企业而言,除却积极承担社会关心责任路径之外,还可以将创造价值、促进地域经济发展作为企业声誉提升的另外一条路径。文章丰富了企业社会责任与企业声誉关系研究,为企业在非均衡、非充分的外部环境下培育与提升企业声誉提供对策建议。
Most of the previous literature studies supported the view that companies fulfilling their social responsibilities contributed to their reputation,but most of the empirical analysis methods used regression analysis,ignoring multivariate configuration comparison research methods.The paper constructed a two-stage analysis theoretical model and used 234 questionnaires for corporate employees as samples.The method of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)was used to study the impacts of regional imbalances,the nature of ownership,and social responsibility on corporate reputation.The results show that actively fulfilling social concerning responsibilities is the core variable which exists in the four respects of corporate reputation improvement,and companies ignoring or failing to fulfill social concerning responsibilities would lead to a decline in corporate reputation;for state-owned enterprises in underdeveloped areas,they could consider creating value and promoting regional economic development as another way to enhance corporate reputation besides fulfilling social concerning responsibilities.The paper enriches the researches on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for companies to cultivate and enhance corporate reputation in an imbalanced and inadequate external environment.
