摘要
针对选煤厂生产过程中,渣浆泵与振动筛普遍存在的泵轴封水堵塞及振动筛筛板脱落造成的堵塞问题进行了原因分析。通过在泵轴封水进料管增加逆止阀和筛下槽增加液位传感器的方法,极大的减少了渣浆泵轴封水堵塞频率,降低了筛下槽堵塞的事故率,保证了洗选生产过程的连续性。
This paper analyzes and studies the blocking problems caused by the pump shaft seal water blockage and the vibrating screen plate falling off during the production process of the coal preparation plant.The method of adding check valve in the feed pipe of pump shaft seal water and liquid-level sensor under the sieve groove is adopted,which reduces the frequency of shaft seal water blocking in slurry pump,reduces the accident rate of blocking under the sieve groove,and ensures the continuity of washing production process.
