弧面类工件加工辅助治具的设计与制作

The Design and Manufacture of Auxiliary Fixture for Machining of Curved Surface

本文针对老式的通用机床由于机床老化、夹具变形等,在加工带有圆柱面、圆锥面或者类球面的工件时,加工误差较大,设计制作了弧面类工件加工辅助治具,用于在机床加工工序之前对带有曲面的工件进行划线或打样预处理,从而提供一个用于机床加工工序时的目视校对标准,提升加工精度和加工效率。

Due to the aging of the machine tool and the deformation of the fixture,the old general-purpose machine tool has a large error when processing workpieces with cylindrical surface,conical surface or quasi-spherical surface.This article designed and manufactured an auxiliary fixture for the machining of curved surface workpieces.Before the machining process of the machine tool,the workpiece with curved surface were pre-marked or pre-processed,which provides a visual calibration for the machining process of the machine tool.According to the standard,the machining accuracy and efficiency of the workpiece were improved.
