摘要
针对传统库存模型分散决策存在的不足,文中从单一供应商单一零售商的联合库存决策的角度研究生产库存模型。提前期内零售商面临正态分布的随机市场需求,供应商的提前期可控,在相应的服务水平约束下,以最小化联合库存成本为目标,将订货批量、提前期、再订货点以及生产批量作为决策变量,构建联合库存模型,模型中允许缺货,且部分缺货可延期交货。最后,通过数值算例对验证联合库存模型的合理性和算法的可行性。研究提供了新的视角探讨含服务水平和可控提前期的联合库存问题。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional inventory model dispersion decision,this paper studies the production inventory model from the perspective of the joint inventory decision of a single vendor and a single retailer.During the Lead Time,retailers face the random market demand of the normal distribution,the supplier's lead time is controllable,under the corresponding service level constraints,with the goal of minimizing the joint inventory cost,the order batch,the lead time,the re-order point and the production batch as the decision variable,the construction of the joint inventory model,the model allows out of stock.And some out of stock can be backordered.Finally,the rationality of the joint inventory model and the feasibility of the algorithm are verified by numerical study.The study provides a new perspective to explore the issue of joint inventory including service level and controllable lead time.
