中药材在仓储及配送过程中易发生变质等损坏。为保证中药材在仓储及配送过程的品质安全,结合中药材的仓储及配送特点,分析安全管理体系的构建价值和影响因素,提出安全管理体系的构建原则,并依此为基础构建中药材安全管理体系。安全管理体系的构建对提高中药材仓储及配送环节的安全管理水平具有重要的实用价值。

Chinese herbal medicines are prone to deterioration and other damages in the process of warehousing and distribution.In order to ensure the quality safety of Chinese herbal medicine in warehousing and distribution,combined with the warehousing and distribution characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine,analyzes the construction value and influencing factors of the safety management system,and proposes construction principles of safety management system.On that basis,the safety management system of Chinese herbal medicine was established.The construction of safety management system is great practical value to improve the safety management level of Chinese herbal medicine in warehousing and distribution.
