新农村建设背景下农产品供应链的风险识别与控制 被引量:9

摘要 构建符合新时代流通需求的农产品现代供应链体系,是提升农产品流通效率,促进农民增收和乡村振兴,满足消费升级需要,扩大鲜活农产品消费的必要途径。在此背景下,对农产品供应链进行有效的危机管理,减少农产品供应链的风险是当前亟待解决的问题。以“新农村”建设为研究背景,以农产品供应链的潜藏风险为研究对象,在全面调研的基础上,从农产品由供给到需求涉及的环节深入探索了目前农产品供应链存在的风险,构建农产品供应链风险指标评价体系,并通过二级模糊综合评价法对农产品供应链进行风险评估。结果表明:农产品供应链的风险位于中间层级,有必要采取科学合理的措施控制风险。 To build a modern supply chain system of agricultural products in line with the circulation demand of the new era is a necessary way to improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products,promote farmers'income and rural revitalization,meet the needs of consumption upgrading and expand the consumption of fresh agricultural products.In this context,it is urgent to effectively manage the crisis of the agricultural supply chain and reduce the risk of the agricultural supply chain.According to the construction of“new countryside”as the research background,the underlying risk of agricultural products supply chain as the research object,on the basis of comprehensive investigation and research,from the links of agricultural products from supply to demand involves the risk in the exploration of the current agricultural products supply chain,build the index evaluation system of agricultural products supply chain risk,and by the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of agricultural products supply chain risk assessment.The results show that the risk of agricultural products supply chain is located in the middle level,and it is necessary to take scientific and reasonable measures to control the risk.
