摘要
大数据的来临使世界迎来了互联网时代,在“互联网+”的大环境下,传统电商逐步向新零售转型,同时,随着智能手机和移动终端的普及,全渠道商业模式应运而生。在零售模式日趋多样丰富且快速升级换代的背景下,零售商超也正在进入全渠道和深度融合的新时代,文中研究了零售商超全渠道冲突及其产生的原因,并探讨了全渠道背景下零售商超供应链的协调优化对策,如实现紧致的零售商超供应链、实现精准顾客营销以及建立供应链合作伙伴之间的协调机制,以期在全渠道大环境下零售商超供应链能通过改进创新提高服务质量和满足消费者需求,并最终在全渠道发展的浪潮里站稳脚跟。
The advent of big data ushered in the Internet era in our world,In the“Internet plus”environment,traditional electronic business are gradually transforming into new retail businesses,and together with the popularity of smart phones and mobile phone terminals,the omni-channel business model comes into being.Under the background of increasingly diversified and rapid upgrading of retail mode,retailers and super markets are also entering a new era of Omni channel and deep integration.This paper studies conflicts and causes met by retailers and super markets in the omni-channel,and discusses the coordination and optimization strategies of retailer super supply chain under Omni channel background,such as tightening retailers and super markets supply chain,accurate customer marketing and establishing a harmonious mechanism among partners on the supply chain,so that the retailers and supermarkets can raise the service quality and meet the needs of consumers through improving and innovation in the omni-channel environment,and finally they can stand firm in the wave of omni-channel development.
