The Project Management for Supply and Procurement in Universities from Perspective of Financial Analysis

高等教育改革的深入推进,需求量越来越大的供应与采购管理就成为高校项目管理一个很重要的环节。从财务分析视角出发,结合项目管理的理论,在供应与采购项目管理的宏观制度层面、中微观管理层面及微观作业层面进行分析,对项目全过程进行管理控制,提高项目管理的有效性和可操作性以及项目管理的精细化程度。

With the deepening of higher education reform,the increasing demand for supply and procurement management has become an important link in university project management.From the perspective of financial analysis,combined with the theory of project management,the three levels of the analysis on supply and procurement project management in the macro-system layer,the middle-micro-management layer,and the micro-operation layer have been carried out.The whole process of the project management control can be improved for the enhancing of the project efficiency and operability,and enhancing of the lean management level of the project.
