共享快递盒推广中存在的突出问题与法律对策

The Prominent Problems and Legal Measures in Promoting Shared Express Box

近年来,高速发展的快递行业产生了大量的快递包装垃圾,对环境造成了沉重的负担和严重的污染。包装污染的现状、生态文明建设的推进以及“无废城市”建设的要求,都需要我们大力推广绿色包装。因此,“共享快递盒”作为可循环使用的绿色包装就应运而生了。但共享快递盒的应用实践中存在诸多问题,严重制约绿色包装的推广与应用。文中旨在从共享快递盒的生产、流通、回收等环节分析存在的突出问题并提出相应的法律对策,最终促进以共享快递盒为代表的绿色包装的广泛应用。

In recent years,the rapid development of the express delivery industry has produced a large amount of express packaging waste which has caused a heavy burden and severe pollution on the environment.The current status of packaging pollution,the promotion of ecological civilization construction and the requirements of the construction of“zero-waste cities”all need us to heavily promote green packaging.Therefore,the“shared express box”as a reusable green packaging came into being.However,there are many problems in the application of shared express boxes which seriously restrict the promotion and application of green packaging.This article aims to analyze the prominent problems from the production,circulation and recycling of shared express boxes and propose corresponding legal measures,and finally promote the wide application of green packaging which can be represented by shared express boxes.
