摘要
为了激发高校知识创新潜能、提升高校科技创新能力,应用知识协同理论框架,分析影响高校科研合作知识协同的影响要素,以组织要素、资源要素、环境要素为三维坐标,构建协同创新能力提升的三维路径模型,归纳了四种创新效能优化的路径方式,选取科技平台和科技创新团队进行实证分析,提出高校科研合作中创新效能提升的具体策略。
In order to stimulate the potential of knowledge innovation and improve the ability of science and technology innovation in Colleges and universities,this paper applies the theoretical framework of knowledge collaboration to analyze the factors that affect the knowledge collaboration of scientific research cooperation in Colleges and universities,constructs a three-dimensional path model of collaborative innovation ability improvement with organization elements,resource elements and environment elements as three-dimensional coordinates,sums up four ways to optimize innovation efficiency,and selects scientific and technological level Taiwan and science and technology innovation team conduct empirical analysis.Finally,the paper puts forward the specific strategies to improve the innovation efficiency in scientific research cooperation.
