摘要
文中针对学生欠缺实践经验,理论学习过程中感知和理解困难的特点,通过整合教学资源,运用能力递进式项目教学法进行课程改革与实践,构建“汽车4S店管理”课程新型项目化、模块化、场景化、递进式教学指导体系,使课程讲授要点更加突出;通过层层“剥笋”、“递进”,使学生身历其境,随着学习进程逐步加深理解,在自主学习和实践探索中掌握相关知识,递进培养思考和解决问题的能力;实现课堂主体由教师向学生的转变,既提升教师的教学能力,又培养出符合社会需求的人才。
In view of the students'lack of practical experience and the difficulty of perceiving and understanding in the process of theoretical learning,this paper constructs a new project,modularization,scene and progressive teaching guidance system by integrating teaching resources and using progressive project teaching method to construct a new project,modularization,scene and progressive teaching guidance system for the course of“Automobile 4S Shop Management”,which makes the main points of course teaching more prominent.Through layer by layer“bamboo shoot”,“progressive”,so that students experience the situation,with the learning process gradually deepen understanding,in autonomous learning and practical exploration to master relevant knowledge,progressive cultivation of the ability to think and solve problems;to achieve the transformation of classroom subjects from teachers to students,both to improve Teachers'teaching ability also trains talents who meet the needs of society.
