摘要
为了揭示主要结构参数对多球型耐压结构极限承载能力的影响,以三球交接型耐压结构为研究对象,采用非线性有限元方法,开展了结构参数变化对极限强度的影响研究。通过数值计算与归纳分析,发现开孔系数和厚度对极限强度的影响呈现单调变化,随着开孔系数的增大,结构极限强度衰减速率先增大后减小,其余参数在影响结构效用方面存在较明显的边际效益递减。论文给出了多球交接结构补强方案的最优策略,为深海载人装备用多球耐压结构的设计提供参考。
In order to reveal the influence of the main structural parameters on the ultimate strength of a multiple spheres pressure hull,nonlinear finite element method was adopted to analyze the ultimate strength for a triple-sphere pressure hull with a variety of structural parameters.It was found that the ultimate strength varied with the variation of the opening factor and thickness parameter monotonously,Decay rate of the ultimate strength increased first and then decreased with the increase of the opening factor,and marginal benefits of the structure utility was gradually diminishing when increasing other factors.An optimal strategy for the reinforcement scheme of the pressure hull was acquired,which provided guidance in designing multiple spheres pressure hull applied in the deep-sea manned equipment.
