海南黎药两粤檀性状与显微鉴别研究

Macroscopic and Microscopic Identification of Hainan Li Medicine Dalbergia benthamii Prain

目的研究两粤檀性状与显微鉴别特征,为制定其质量标准提供参考依据。方法采用性状及显微鉴定方法进行鉴别。结果两粤檀表面木纹粗而明显;浅棕色、红棕至棕黑色;具花香、蜜香及椰香等多种香气,味微苦辛、回甘。显微特征:横切面导管多单个,散生,轴向薄壁组织带状;切向纵切面木射线非叠生,宽1~4列,高5~35个细胞;径向纵切面木射线细胞异型,多为横卧长方形,可见方形及直立形。粉末及解离组织中可见具缘纹孔导管、木纤维、木射线细胞及木薄壁细胞。研究发现两粤檀断面偶见环管状木栓层异型构造。结论两粤檀性状及显微特征具有一定专属性,可为其品种鉴别提供科学依据。

OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the establishment of its quality standard by studying the characteristics of the macroscopic and microscopic identification of the Dalbergia benthamii Prain.METHODS Macroscopic and microscopic identification were used to study the Dalbergia benthamii Prain.RESULTS The surface grain characterization of Dalbergia benthamii Prain was coarse and obvious.Its color was ranged from light brown,reddish brown to brown black.Scents of the Dalbergia benthamii Prain include floral,honey and coconut fragrances,which tastes slightly bitter,spicy and sweet.On the cross-section,vessels often existed alone and scattered,and the axial parenchyma was arranged in bands.On the tangential section,the wood ray was a non overlapping structure,the width of the cells varied from 1 to 4 rows,and the height of the cells ranged from 3 to 35 cells.On the radial section,the wood ray cells were heteromorphic,most of them were recumbent rectangle,a few were square and upright.There were bordered pit vessels,wood fibers,wood ray cells and parenchyma cells in both the powder and disintegrated tissues.It is also observed that the cross-section of Dalbergia benthamii Prain had the anomalous structure of tubular phellem layer.CONCLUSION Macroscopic and microscopic characteristics have certain specificity for identification,which can provide a scientific basis for identification of the Dalbergia benthamii Prain.
