艾滋病患者HAART治疗前后CD4^+T淋巴细胞及血液生化指标变化分析

Analysis on CD4+T Lymphocytes and Blood Biochemical Indexes of AIDS Patients Before and After HAART

目的分析艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗后CD_4^+T淋巴细胞及血液生化指标的变化情况。方法选取2018年1~6月正在进行高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART,方案为:齐多夫定或替诺福韦+拉米夫定+依非韦伦)的艾滋病患者131例,通过回顾性分析收集其治疗前后的CD_4^+T淋巴细胞及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酐(Cr)、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEU%)、红细胞(RBC)、血小板(PLT)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)等血液检测结果并进行统计分析。结果经过1年以上的治疗,艾滋病患者CD_4^+T淋巴细胞与治疗前相比有显著升高(P<0.01),治疗后ALT、Cr、WBC、PLT、TC和TG都高于基线水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HAART能有效提高艾滋病患者的免疫功能,实现免疫重建,但需要加强对肝肾功能、血常规及血脂水平的检测。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the changes of CD4+T lymphocytes and blood biochemical indexes in AIDS patients after HAART treatment.METHODS 131 cases of AIDS patients taking HAART treatment(regimen:AZT/TDF+3 TC+EFV)from January to June of 2018 were selected,whose CD4+T lymphocytes and alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatinine(Cr),white blood cells(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NEU%),red blood cell(RBC),platelet(PLT),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)before and after treatment were collected retrospectively and analyzed statistically.RESULTS After more than one year of treatment,CD4+T lymphocytes of AIDS patients increased significantly compared to baseline(P<0.01).ALT,Cr,WBC,PLT,TC and TG were all higher than the baseline after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSION HAART can effectively improve the immune function of AIDS patients and achieve immune reconstruction,but it is necessary to strengthen the detection of liver and kidney function,blood routine and lipid level.
