采空区联络巷密闭气室围岩稳定性研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对密闭墙变形开裂造成采空区密闭气室漏气问题,以神东某矿采空区密闭气室为研究对象,建立了密闭墙受力力学结构模型,计算了密闭墙支护阻力,根据低应力区范围确定了密闭墙的位置,得到:支护阻力设计不合理和密闭墙位置选取不合适致使密闭墙变形开裂,造成了密闭气室漏气;2个密闭墙支护阻力达到16157 kN才能保持良好密闭效果,最终确定密闭墙1支护阻力为12118 kN,密闭墙2支护阻力为4039 kN;侧向支承压力的低应力区范围是距离采空区煤壁8~13 m,密闭墙2选择距离采空区煤壁8 m处建造,密闭墙1相距密闭墙2大约6 m。 Aiming at the problem of air leakage in sealed chamber of goaf caused by deformation and cracking of sealed wall,takes the sealed air chamber in the goaf as the research object.The mechanical structure model of the closed wall is established,the supporting resistance of the closed wall is calculated,the location of the enclosed wall is determined according to the range of the low stress zone.The following conclusions are drawn:the unreasonable design of retaining resistance and the inappropriate selection of the location of the closed wall cause the deformation and cracking of the closed wall,which results in the leakage of the airtight chamber.Only when the joint support resistance of the sealed wall 1 and the sealed wall 2 reaches 16157 kN,can the good sealing effect be maintained.Finally,it is determined that the support resistance of the sealed wall 1 is 12118 kN and that of the sealed wall 2 is 4039 kN;the low stress area of lateral abutment pressure is 8 m to 13 m away from the coal wall of the goaf.the sealing wall 2 is constructed 8 m away from the coal wall of the goaf,and the sealing wall 1 is about 6 m away from the sealing wall 2.
