摘要
主要通过恒宝源9#层8105工作面在复杂的地质条件下综采过断层施工方法的实践应用。本着精细化开采过断层的原则对几种常用的过断层方案的研究对比,同时结合恒宝源煤业9#层8105工作面的地质实际变化情况,实践了"断层倾角坡度控制-优化机械强行破岩-爆破过断层相结合的"成套工艺,有效保证了回采速度,也控制了设备的故障率,提高了效率,也保证了安全生产。
Mainly through the practice and application of the construction method of fully mechanized mining through faults in the 8105 working face of the 9#floor of hengbaoyuan under complex geological conditions.Based on the principle of fine mining across fault,studies and compares several commonly used across fault schemes,at the same time,combined with the actual geological changes of 9#8105 working face of hengbaoyuan coal industry,practices a complete set of technology of"fault dip angle and slope control-optimization of mechanical forced rock breaking-blasting across fault",which effectively guarantees the mining speed,also controls the failure rate of equipment,and improves high efficiency,but also to ensure the safety of production.
