摘要
对沿充留巷进行了定义,并与沿空留巷进行了对比分析。采用UDEC离散元数值计算软件对矸石充填留巷覆岩结构及移动规律进行了分析。数值结果显示:相比于垮落法沿空留巷技术,充填开采沿空留巷工作面采空区上覆岩层结构形态以完整层状岩层为主,巷旁支护体与充填体共同承担荷载,开采扰动对沿充留巷围岩变形破坏影响小。以葫芦素煤矿为工程背景,针对矸石充填沿空留巷技术特点,以巷旁支护、临时挡矸和巷内联合支护3个方面提出了围岩控制方案,确保沿空巷道的稳定性,对后续类似工程具有重要参考价值。
The retaining roadway along filling is defined and compared with the retaining roadway along goaf.UDEC discrete element numerical calculation software was used to analyze the overburden structure and movement law of waste filling retaining roadway.The numerical results show that compared with the technology of gob-side entry retaining by caving method,the structure of overlying strata in gob-side entry retaining face in backfilling mining is dominated by intact layered strata.The supporting body and filling body at roadside bear the load together.The mining disturbance has little influence on the deformation and failure of surrounding rock along the gob-side entry.Based on the engineering background of Hulusu coal mine,aiming at the technical characteristics of gob-side entry retaining with waste filling,the surrounding rock control scheme is put forward from three aspects of roadside support,temporary gangue retaining and unite support in roadway to ensure the stability of gob-side roadway,which has important reference value for the follow-up similar projects.
