摘要 选取魏家地煤矿为研究对象,结合物理模拟、二项耦合渗流填充法设计、工艺参数优化提出矿区生态环境"三位一体"综合治理技术,在合理确定矿山覆岩运移规律、裂隙发育位置及时间的基础上采用二项耦合渗流填充工艺,将地面工业废物活化处理后送填采空区及裂隙带,并配合开采工艺优化,解决当前迫切的矿区环境保护问题,解决由于覆岩移动造成的矿压显现、顶板事故治理难题;降低工业固体废弃物处理成本,服务地方区域经济,提高矿山经济效益,增进甘肃矿区社会效益。 Weijiadi coal mine is selected as the research object,combined with physical simulation,binomial coupling seepage filling method design and process parameter optimization,the"trinity"comprehensive treatment technology of mining area ecological environment is put forward.On the basis of reasonably determining the movement law of overlying rock and the position and time of fracture development,binomial coupling seepage filling process is adopted to send the surface industrial waste to fill goaf and fracture zone after activation treatment.At the same time,cooperate with the optimization of mining technology,solve the urgent environmental protection problems in mining areas,solve the problems of mine pressure appearance and roof accident treatment caused by overlying rock movement,reduce the cost of industrial solid waste treatment,serve the local regional economy,improve the economic benefits of mines,and improve the social benefits of Gansu mining areas.
