摘要
针对8.8 m液压支架工作阻力大,支撑高度高,寿命要求高等特点,为提高液压支架的可靠性,使其既满足承载能力要求,又减轻支架重量,方便井下的运输和安装。通过对液压支架用不同强度钢板匹配性,以及其焊接性、防腐性的研究,确定8.8 m液压支架主体结构件不同级别高强钢的选型与匹配,提高液压支架主体结构件的综合机械性能。
The 8.8 m hydraulic support has the characteristics of high working resistance,high support height and high life requirement.In order to improve the reliability of the hydraulic support,it can meet the bearing capacity requirements,reduce the weight of the bracket and facilitate the transportation and installation of the underground.Through the research on the matching of different strength steel plates and the weldability and corrosion resistance of the hydraulic support,the selection and matching of different grades of high-strength steel for the main structural members of the 8.8 m hydraulic support are determined,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the main structural members of the hydraulic support are improved.
