摘要
悬臂式掘进机工作时负载变化较大,工作电流在较大范围内波动,针对掘进机的动态负载情况,分析其电流波动的特点及规律,建立了近似的电流-时间函数式及波形图,进而推导出对于掘进机动态负载的电流有效值,得出电流有效值的快速计算公式,从而可以依据电流有效值指导供电电缆线径大小的选择。相较传统算法,该模拟算法对电缆线径的选择更为精确,这对于节约材料、降低设备成本、降低劳动强度具有积极的意义。
The load of the cantilever roadheader changes greatly during operation,and the working current fluctuates within a large range.Based on the dynamic load of the roadheader,the characteristics and rules of the current fluctuation are analyzed,and approximate current-time functions and waveform diagrams are established.Furthermore,the effective current value of the dynamic load of the roadheader is deduced,and a fast calculation formula of the effective current value is obtained,so that the selection of the diameter of the power supply cable can be guided according to the effective current value.Compared with traditional algorithms,this simulation algorithm has a more accurate selection of cable diameter,which has positive significance for saving materials,reducing equipment costs,and reducing labor intensity.
