摘要
传统的SRD调速系统多采用PID控制很难得到理想的控制效果,就煤矿电机车调速系统具有非线性特点,以TMS320F2812数字信号处理器为核心控制器,设计了基于非线性模型变角度电压PWM组合控制调速方式,并详细地对控制策略进行了讨论,又对实际工程应用进行测试验证了相关理论的适用性,达到了较好的控制效果。
SRD system early use of the PID control is difficult to get ideal control effect.Based on mining locomotive speed control system with nonlinear characteristics use the TMS320 F2812 digital signal processor controller was designed based on nonlinear modelvariable angle voltage PWM combination of speed control mode,and detailed control strategy is discussed,but also on the practical application test to verify the applicability of the theory,to achieve a better control effect.
