摘要
研究了0.5~1 mm级煤粉含量对流化床中流化介质流化性能的影响规律,煤粉含量对床层密度的影响进行了回归分析,建立了数学模型。结果表明:当0.5~1 mm粒度级煤粉含量为8%~11%时,对床层流化效果最佳。密度标准偏差与0.5~1 mm煤粉含量的回归模型决定系数R^2=0.98,而床层平均密度与0.5~1 mm煤粉含量的回归模型决定系数R^2=0.999,所建立的数学模型具有较高的可信度。
Investigated the influences of the 0.5 mm to 1 mm pulverized coal contents on the fluidization performance of the dense medium.Then the mathematical model was built by the regression analysis of the influence of different pulverized coal content on the bed density.The results show that when the coal powder content of 0.5 mm to 1 mm is from 8%to 11%,the fluidization performance of the bed is optimal.The determination coefficient of the regression model for the density standard deviation with the content of 0.5 mm to 1 mm pulverized coal is 0.98 and the regression model of bed average density with the content of the 0.5 mm to 1 mm pulverized coal has a determination coefficient of 0.999,which illustrates that the established mathematical model has high credibility.
