摘要 牵引电机转子齿压板的作用是将叠压力传递到转子冲片齿部,压紧转子铁心使之成为一个整体,其结构形式与转子冲片相同。转子齿压板的厚度、齿压板齿根部与压圈上部间距及齿根部倒圆角是影响齿压板结构强度的主要因素。通过理论定性分析之后,对转子齿压板齿的根部应力进行了静强度仿真计算,为其结构优化向提供了参考依据。 The function of the rotor tooth pressure plate of traction motor is to transfer the stack pressure to the tooth part of the rotor lamination and compress tightly the rotor core into a whole.The structure of the tooth pressure plate is same as that of rotor lamination.The thickness of rotor tooth pressure plate,the distance between tooth root of pressure plate and upper part of pressure ring and the fillet angle of tooth root are the main factors affecting structural strength of the tooth pressure plate.After theoretical qualitative analysis,the static strength simulation calculation of the root stress of the rotor tooth pressure plate is carried out,which provides reference basis for its structure optimization.
