石油化工用屏蔽泵稳态流场计算分析

摘要 CFD数值模拟技术因其高计算残差精度、对模型参数化设计适应能力强、可大幅度缩短水力开发周期短等特点,已经成为水力机械研究研究最主要手段。以石油化工用屏蔽泵为例,应用ANSYS CFX软件对屏蔽泵稳态流场进行了分析计算,获得了叶轮流域、叶片、水力装配流场的静压分布、速度分布、绝对速度场流线运动轨迹图、仿真扬程结果,对仿真结果进行了分析对比,对石油化工用屏蔽泵水力优化设计及稳态流场仿真具有重要的意义。 CFD numerical simulation technology has become the most important method for the research of hydraulic machinery due to its high calculation residual accuracy,strong adaptability to parametric design of model and short period of hydraulic development.Taking the canned pump for petrochemical industry as an example,the analysis and calculation on steadystate flow field of the canned pump are carried out by ANSYS CFX software.The static pressure and velocity distributions of the impeller basin,blade and hydraulic assembly flow field as well as the streamline motion diagram of absolute velocity field are obtained.The simulation head results are analyzed and compared.It has important significance for hydraulic optimization design and steady-state flow field simulation of the petrochemical canned pumps.
