考虑市场环境的多微网分散协同调度方法 被引量:5

摘要 多微网系统接入配电网后,会对配网运行造成较大影响,该文结合市场环境下双边交易模式,提出含多微网主动配电系统的双层优化模型。下层优化模型为多微网分散协同调度,采用原对偶内点法求解微网公共连接点的节点电价,同时设计了一种分散式的协同调度策略以确定微网间的交换功率,从而实现多微网系统的经济运行;上层优化模型为配网运行优化,针对多微网接入后带来的配电网运行问题,建立了一种以配电网网损最低为目标函数的配电网重构模型,并采用二进制粒子群算法求解该模型,得到了配网运行的最优方案。通过两层优化实现了含互联微网配电系统的安全经济运行。最后,以3个互联微网系统接入IEEE 33节点配电系统为例,验证了所提调度方法的有效性和合理性。 The multi-microgrid system will have a great impact on the distribution network operation when connected with that.Aiming at this problem,based on the bilateral transaction mode under the market environment,this paper proposed a twolayer dispatching optimization model of active distribution system integrated with multi-microgrid.The lower layer of the optimization model was a decentralized synergetic scheduling for multi-microgrid and the primal-dual interior point method was used to solve locational margin price(LMP)of the multi-microgrid at common connection point(PCC).Meanwhile a decentralized cooperative scheduling strategy was designed to determine the exchange power between microgrids to realize the economic operation of multi-microgrid.The upper distribution system reconfiguration model was to optimize the grid loss to alleviate the operational risk brought by the multi-microgrid integration.The optimal operation scheme was obtained by binary particle swarm optimization(BPSO)algorithm.The safe and economic operation of distribution system integrated with multi-microgrid was realized through two layers of optimization.Finally,three interconnected micro-grids were embedded to the IEEE 33-node distribution system as an example to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed scheduling method.
