超声引导星状神经节阻滞致颈交感链损伤1例并文献复习

Ultrasound‑guided stellate ganglion block‑induced cervical sympathetic chain injury:a case report and literature review

超声引导星状神经节阻滞(stellate ganglion block, SGB)定位清晰准确,阻滞成功率高,并发症低,成为受临床医师欢迎的SGB方法。报道1例超声引导SGB致颈交感链损伤,损伤侧眼裂略小于对侧,眼睑略下垂,内侧视野轻度模糊,持续存在,停止SGB,未给予特殊处理。定期随访,6个月后患者双侧眼裂等宽,眼睑无下垂,内侧视野模糊明显减轻。总结该病例的经验教训,为超声引导SGB治疗中如何避免及处理该类并发症提供参考。

Ultrasound‑guided stellate ganglion block(SGB),with clear and accurate location,high success rate and low compli‑cations,has become a popular SGB method for clinicians.A case of cervical sympathetic chain injury induced by ultrasound‑guided SGB is reported.The persistent symptoms on the injured side included slightly smaller palpebral fissure than the opposite side,slightly drooping eyelids,and slightly blurred medial visual field.SGB was stopped without special treatment and the patient was followed up regularly.Six months later,the patient had equal width of palpebral fissure without drooping eyelids,and the blur of medial visual field was significantly alleviated.The experience and lessons of this case are summarized to provide reference for how to avoid and deal with such complications in ultrasound‑guided SGB treatment.
