College Alliances Under Background of“Double First-Class”Construction:Characteristics,Motives and Prospects

"双一流"建设实施以来,一批学科联盟或高校联盟纷纷建立。这些联盟呈现出层次多样化、方向多维化、区域多极化的趋势。基于资源依赖理论视角,提出从价值性、稳定性与发展性等三个维度分析联盟的分析框架,发现联盟具有价值性整体较高、稳定性差异较大、发展性相对较弱的特点。同时,分析了高校联盟成立的动因,并从提高准入门槛、注重机制建设、坚持开放发展等三个方面对联盟的未来发展提出展望。

Since the construction of"Double First-Class",a number of academic alliances or college alliances have been established.These alliances have shown a trend of diversified levels,multi-dimensional directions,multi-polarization of regions.From the perspective of Resource Dependence Theory,this paper proposes a framework for analyzing college alliances from three dimensions:value,stability and development.It is found that the alliance has the characteristics of high overall value,large stability difference,and relatively weak development.At the same time,it analyzes the motivation of the establishment of alliance.And from the three aspects of improving the threshold of entry,focusing on mechanism construction,and adhering to open development,it puts forward suggestions for the construction of the alliance.
