基于复杂网络的高校教师职业倦怠热点研究

Research on College Teachers’Job Burnout Based on Complex Network

通过对251篇中国知网核心期刊文献构建复杂网络,基于复杂网络的拓扑特性分析高校教师职业倦怠研究现状,进一步以k-壳分解法发现复杂网络的关键节点,挖掘高校教师队伍职业倦怠的研究热点和趋势。研究表明:辅导员队伍已成为高校教师队伍职业倦怠研究的热点人群;高校教师职业倦怠感的表现维度高度一致;社会因素是高校教师职业倦怠热点研究预测变量;通过个人-环境匹配分析可妥善应对高校教师的职业倦怠。

By constructing a complex network of 251 China core journals,this paper analyzes the current research status of college teachers’job burnout based on the topological characteristics of the complex network,further discovers the key nodes of the complex network by k-shell decomposition,and excavates the research hot spots and trend of the college teachers’job burnout.The research shows that the counselors have become a hot topic in the study of job burnout among university teachers,the performance dimension of job burnout among university teachers is highly consistent,the social factor is the predictive variable of the hot spot study of job burnout among university teachers.
