microRNA-31联合CEA对肺癌早期诊断的临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨microRNA-31联合癌胚抗原(Carcino-embryonic antigen CEA)检测对肺癌的临床诊断价值,以期寻找到一种更加有效地肺癌诊断方法。方法选取365例于2016年1月至2018年2月我院就诊患者。其中186例确诊为肺癌患者,设为肺癌组;肺良性病变组患者108例,设为肺良性病变组;另有健康体检者71例,设为健康对照组。分别应用实时荧光定量PCR法及Elisa测定血清中microRNA-31及CEA的含量。结果肺癌组血清中microRNA-31水平、CEA的含量均显著高于良性病变组和健康对照组(P<0.05)。相比microRNA-31及CEA单独检测,microRNA-31联合CEA检测显著提高了肺癌诊断的灵敏度、阴性预测率及阳性预测率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论microRNA-31联合CEA检测能够有效提高肺癌的诊断效能,具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of microRNA-31combined with Carcino-embryonic antigens(CEA)for lung cancer and find a more effective diagnostic method for lung cancer.Methods 365patients in our hospital were selected from January 2016to February 2018.Among them,186cases were diagnosed as lung cancer patients and were set up as lung cancer groups;108patients with benign lesions were set up as lung benign lesions.Another 71cases of health checkups were set up as health control groups.The contents of microRNA-31and CEA in serum were determined by real time fluorescence quantitative PCR respectively and Elisa.Results Compared with benign lesions group and healthy control group,the levels of microRNA-31and CEA in serum of lung cancer group were highest(P<0.05).Importantly,compared with detecting alone the level microRNA-31or CEA,combined to detect the level microRNA-31and CEA significantly improved the sensitivity,negative prediction rate and positive prediction rate of lung cancer diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined to detect the concentration of microRNA-31and CEA could improve effectively the diagnostic efficacy of lung cancer and has a potential value of clinical application for cancer diagnosis.
