摘要
目的探讨育龄妇女和新生儿TORCH的感染情况。方法对2012至2018年在广东医科大学附属医院接受TORCH筛查的育龄妇女和新生儿的资料进行回顾分析,统计检查结果。结果育龄妇女2012至2018年的风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒IgG抗体各年份的阳性率均高于刚地弓形虫、单纯疱疹病毒(P<0.05)。新生儿2012年至2018年的刚地弓形虫、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒IgM抗体、IgG抗体阳性率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。育龄妇女低龄组HSVⅠ/Ⅱ-IgM阳性率高于高龄组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。育龄妇女高龄组HSVⅠ/Ⅱ-IgG、CMV-IgG阳性率高于低龄组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),低龄组RV-IgG阳性率高于高龄组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2012至2018年在我科接受TORCH筛查的育龄妇女和新生儿的TORCH感染程度均较低,整体健康状况较好。HSVⅠ/Ⅱ-IgM阳性率以低龄人群为主,应加强孕前检测宣传教育,以降低感染率。
Objective To investigate the infection status of TORCH in women of childbearing age and newborns.Methods The data of women of reproductive age and neonates who received TORCH screening in affiliated hospital of guangdong medical university from 2012to 2018were retrospectively analyzed and the results were statistically examined.Results From 2012to 2018,Rubella virus and cytomegalovirus IgG antibodies were used.The positive rate of the year was higher than that of Toxoplasma gondii and herpes simplex virus(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rates of Toxoplasma gondii,rubella virus,cytomegalovirus,herpes simplex virus IgM antibody and IgG antibody between 2012and 2018(P>0.05).The positive rate of HSVⅠ/Ⅱ-IgM in the younger group was higher than the older group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of HSV Ⅰ/Ⅱ-IgG and CMV-IgG in the older age group was higher than the younger group.Statistically significant(P<0.05),the positive rate of RV-IgG in the younger group was higher than the older group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The TORCH infections of women of childbearing age and neonates who received TORCH screening in our department from 2012to 2018were lower and the overall health status was better.The positive rate of HSV Ⅰ/Ⅱ-IgM is mainly in the younger age group.The pre-pregnancy test publicity and education should be strengthened to reduce the infection rate.
