建筑使用后评价在综合医院门诊部设计改造中的应用——以河北北方学院附属第一医院门诊部为例

Application on post occupancy evaluation in design transformation of outpatient departments of general hospitals——Taking as example the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University

随着智能化和信息化的不断革新,多数历史悠久的综合医院门诊科室发展已经受到制约,新增门诊功能以及配套检查科室见缝插针,造成了门诊科室的分区混乱、流线交叉,导致大量门诊部面临着升级改造。通过对河北北方学院附属第一医院门诊部进行全面的使用后评价,分析使用现状中存在的问题,提出了门诊部科学合理化的设计原则和建议。

With the continuous innovation of intelligence and informatization,the development of the outpatient departments of most long-established general hospitals has been restricted,thus many spaces are utilizd for the newly added outpatient functions and supporting examination departments,causing the partition chaos and streamline crossing of outpatient departments,and a large number of the outpatient departments are faced with upgrading.Through a comprehensive post occupancy evaluation to the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University,the existing problems are analyzed,and the scientific and rational design principles and recommendations of the outpatient department are put forward.
