解析气制酸系统单质S产生的原因分析及控制

摘要 针对活性炭解析气制酸时会将大量的单质S带入制酸系统,造成制酸系统和制酸废水处理系统中的单质S板结、堵塞等问题,以某钢厂实际运行情况为例分析了制酸系统中单质S产生的原因。结果表明:pH值控制不佳时,单质S会在活性炭粉和喷淋水中相互迁移,确定制酸系统启动和运行时维持pH值≤2,可有效地防止制酸系统单质S从活性炭粉内部迁移至喷淋水中,避免了单质S造成的板结堵塞。 Aiming at such problems as hardening and blocking of elemental sulfur in the acid making system and the wastewater treatment system which are caused by the fact that a large number of elemental sulfur will be brought into the acid making system during the process of acid making from the analytical gas of activated carbon,taking the actual operation of a steel plant as an example,the causes of the formation of elemental sulfur in the acid making system are analyzed.The results show that the elemental sulfur will migrate between the activated carbon powder and the spray water when the pH is not well controlled.Therefore,making sure the initial and operation pH value of the acid making system is less than or equal to 2 can effectively prevent the elemental sulfur from migrating from the inside of the activated carbon powder to the spray water,and thus avoid its blocking.
