关于青岛市绿色建筑与超低能耗建筑发展专项规划的探讨

DISCUSSION ON SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING OF GREEN BUILDINGS AND ULTRA-LOW-ENERGY BUILDINGS IN QINGDAO

探讨在GB/T 50378-2019《绿色建筑评价标准》实施背景下,《青岛市绿色建筑与超低能耗发展专项规划》的编制过程。规划从青岛市绿色建筑发展现状、存在问题、规划目标、重点任务、减排效益等方面论述了青岛市"十四五"期间绿色建筑、超低能耗建筑和装配式建筑的发展方向和定位,为青岛市绿色建筑工作的有序开展提供了依据。

This article discusses the compilation process of the GB/T 50378—2019 Special Plan for Green Buildings and Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Development in Qingdao under the implementation of the Green Building Evaluation Standards.The plan discusses the development direction and positioning of green buildings,ultra-low-energy buildings and prefabricated buildings in Qingdao during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period in terms of the current status,problems,planning goals,key tasks,and emission reduction benefits of Qingdao's green buildings.It provides a basis for the orderly development of green building work in Qingdao.
