摘要
分析绿色建筑发展背景,提出绿色建筑发展专项规划编制工作的重要性。以崂山区为例介绍GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》实施后国内首部区级绿色建筑发展规划编制流程,提出了指标算法,并结合实地调研和座谈,阐述《崂山区绿色建筑发展规划》的重点任务,对比国内先进城区,分析了增量成本与二氧化碳减排效益。
This paper analyzes the background of green building development,and puts forward the importance of special planning for green building development.Taking Laoshan Mountain as an example,this paper systematically introduces the first district level green building development planning drawing up process in China after the implementation of GB/T 50378—2019 Green Building Evaluation Standard,puts forward innovative index algorithm,and expounds the key tasks of"green building development planning of Laoshan Mountain"in combination with on-the-spot investigation and discussion,benchmarking the advanced urban areas in China,and analyzes the incremental cost.
