ANALYSIS OF BUILDING ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND DISCUSSION ON ENERGY-SAVING REFORM IN AN OFFICE PARK

大型办公园区人员密集,用能设备集中,办公舒适度要求高,是建筑节能改造的重点领域之一。通过调研青岛某大型办公园区的建筑用能情况,从设计实施和使用管理方面,探讨导致高能耗的因素,对照明系统、空调系统进行改造,降低了园区的能耗水平。

Large office parks are densely populated,have concentrated energy-consuming equipment,and require high office comfort.They are one of the key areas for building energy-saving renovation.By investigating the energy consumption of buildings in a large office park in Qingdao,the factors leading to high energy consumption were discussed from the aspect of design implementation and use management.Through the transformation of the lighting system and air conditioning system,the energy consumption level of the park was reduced.
