某多层混凝土框架绕轴转动顶升纠倾技术研究

摘要 以某多层混凝土框架办公楼顶升纠倾工程为研究对象,分析建筑物倾斜的原因,对不均匀沉降量进行分析统计并确定顶升纠倾量,标注建筑物顶升的转动轴,在位于转动轴处框架柱底部设置多向转动装置,在转动轴外框架柱底部设置千斤顶,利用PLC同步控制系统对建筑物进行绕轴转动顶升,纠倾完成后建筑物的倾斜率达到0.3‰。该法能减少建筑物顶升滞空时间,提高顶升纠倾安全储备。 The Jacking and straightening works of a multilayer concrete frame office building was the the research object.The paper analyzed the cause of the tilt of the building,and analyzed the uneven settlement quantity statistics and determine the amount of jack-up rectifying inclination.And then,the buildings jack-up axis of rotation was marked.The rotating device was installed in the axis of rotation at the bottom of the frame column.The jacks were installed at the bottom of the axis of rotation outside frame column.The building was jacked up on an axis by PLC synchronous control system.The rake ratio of the building is 0.3‰after rectify leaning completely.This method could reduce the holdup time of building jacking,improved the safety reserve of jacking rectification.
