摘要
为替代1J88MA材料,分别以1J88MA、1J86等软磁材料制作的磁通门传感器组件进行各项性能试验。试验结果表明:1J88MA导磁率高,韧性较好,穿磁带时较容易,磁带不容易受损;1J86虽过于柔软,穿磁带时较难,温度稳定性远不如1J88,但只要控制好制作工艺,可以满足各项性能指标的要求。所以,它将是本公司今后磁通门传感器首选的软磁材料。
In order to replace 1J88MA materials,fluxgate sensor components made of soft magnetic materials such as 1J88MA and 1J86 were used for various performance tests.The test results show that:1J88MA has high magnetic permeability and good toughness,it is easier to wear the tape,and the tape is not easy to damage;although 1J86 is too soft,it is more difficult to wear the tape,and the temperature stability is far less than 1J88.As long as the production process is well controlled,it can meet the requirements of various performance indicators.Therefore,it will be our company’s preferred soft magnetic material for fluxgate sensors in the future.
