摘要
通过分析宜昌城区低压配电系统3种中性点接地方式(中性点不接地、中性点经消弧线圈接地以及中性点经小电阻接地)在电力系统故障引发单相接地故障下各种接地方式对配网可靠性的影响,建立不同接地方式下配电网的可靠性评估模型。根据可靠性评估模型,以宜昌城区某110 k V变电站为例,定量比较两种接地方式对配网可靠性的影响,为宜昌城区配电网中性点接地方式的选择提供依据。
This paper analyzes the neutral point grounding method of Yichang urban distribution network.The neutral point is not grounded,the neutral point is grounded through an arc suppression coil,and the neutral point is connected to a small resistance to ground.There are three ways to connect the neutral point to the reliability of the distribution network in the case of a single-phase ground fault caused by a power system failure.Influence,establish a reliability assessment model of the distribution network under different grounding methods,and based on the established reliability model,take a 110 kV substation in Yichang city as an example to quantitatively compare the impact of the two grounding methods on the reliability of the distribution network.The selection of the neutral point grounding method of the distribution network provides the basis.
