摘要
叙述了230 mm(厚)×3100 mm(宽)Q355NDZ35钢板的研发。特厚特宽钢板生产的重点难点是保探伤及Z向性能指标的能力,由于规格限制钢板总压缩比小,且生产时轧制力小,渗透较差,因此需要在整体工艺上进行优化。该钢成分设计采用C、Mn、Nb、V等元素,通过冶炼、浇注、加热、轧制及热处理工艺的整体优化,最终得到批量生产该级别230 mm×3100 mm特厚特宽Q355NDZ35钢板的方法。钢板常规力学性能及抗层状撕裂Z向性能均匀且完全满足国家标准要求,钢板内部探伤也达到了NB/T 47013.3-2015 T1级要求。
This paper describes the development of 230 mm(thick)×3100 mm(wide)Q355 NDZ35 steel plate.The key and difficulty in the production of extra thick and wide steel plates is the ability to pass flaw detection and Z-direction performance tests.Since the specifications limit the total compression ratio of the steel plate,and the rolling force during production is small,the penetration is poor,the overall process needs to be optimized.For steel composition design,elements such as C,Mn,Nb,V,etc are used.Through the overall optimization of smelting,casting,heating,rolling and heat treatment processes,the method of mass production of this grade 230 mm×3100 mm extra thick and wide Q355 NDZ35 steel plate is finally figured out.The conventional mechanical properties of the steel plate and the Z-direction performance of the layered tear resistance are uniform and totally meet the requirements of the national standard.The internal flaw detection of the steel plate has also reached the requirements of NB/T 47013.3-2015 T1 level.
