摘要
本文针对某200MW燃煤电站锅炉进行富氧燃烧和CO2减排改造技术的可行性分析,分析了该锅炉的本体改造和辅机改造的技术要点,以及富氧燃烧改造过程中存在富氧燃烧的热力计算方法、富氧燃烧的燃烧器设计开发、烟气再循环量的确定、制氧技术和二氧化碳后处理工艺等关键问题。
This paper analyzed the feasibility of the technology of oxygen-enriched combustion and CO2 emission reduction transformation for a 200 MW coal-fired power station boiler, and analyzes the technical points of the boiler’s main body transformation and auxiliary machine transformation, as well as the existence of oxygen-enriched oxygen during the transformation. The key issues are the thermal calculation method of combustion, the design and development of the burner for oxygen-enriched combustion, the determination of the amount of flue gas recirculation, the oxygen production technology, and the carbon dioxide post-treatment process.
