摘要
为满足脱硝改造要求,解决锅炉存在的省煤器泄露造成机组非停、排烟温度高、再热汽温偏低等问题,保证机组运行的安全性和经济性。本文针对该电厂现有煤质和运行数据进行拟合热力计算,并对结果进行全面分析,在此基础上进行管屏计算,提出2种受热面改造方案,进行方案可行性论证,确定最佳、最有效的改造方案。
In order to meet the requirements of denitration transformation,the problems such as nonstop of unit,high temperature of exhaust gas and low temperature of reheated steam caused by leakage of economizer in the boiler are solved to ensure the safety and economy of unit operation.In this paper,according to the existing coal quality and operation data of the power plant,the thermal calculation is carried out,and the results are comprehensively analyzed.On this basis,the pipe panel calculation is carried out,and two kinds of heating surface transformation schemes are proposed,and the feasibility demonstration is carried out to determine the best and most effective transformation scheme.
