摘要
汽包是锅炉至关重要的辅助设备,汽包水位是火电厂监测的重要参数之一,必须控制在汽包中心线±50mm范围内,若汽包水位过高,致使蒸汽带水,造成汽轮机水击振动、叶片受损;若汽包水位过低,水冷壁会出现干烧,发生水冷壁爆管。因此,必须保证汽包水位测量的准确性,确保机组安全、稳定运行。基于某300MW锅炉汽包水位测量值与实际值存在偏差的现象进行分析,得出产生误差的原因,提出针对性措施,问题得以解决。
The drum is the key auxiliary equipment of the boiler.The drum water level is one of the important parameters for monitoring the thermal power plant.It must be controlled within 50mm of the drum central line,if the water level of the drum is too low,the water wall will be dry burned and the water wall will burst.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of drum water level measurement and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.Based on the analysis of the deviation between the measured value and the actual value of the drum water level of a 300MW boiler,the causes of the deviation are obtained,and the corresponding measures are put forward.
