安徽省“癌痛规范化治疗标准病房”考核标准(2019年版)—药事管理

Assessment criteria of pharmacy administration in Standard ward for standardized treatment of cancer pain 2019 in Anhui

目的:建立安徽省"癌痛规范化治疗标准病房"考核标准(2019年版)之药事管理标准。方法:安徽省药事管理质量控制中心配合安徽省肿瘤质量控制中心,针对2018年98家已获得癌痛规范化治疗标准病房的医院问卷调研发现的问题,结合GPM Ward创建要求和安徽省创建GPM Ward多年的实践经验,对安徽省"癌痛规范化治疗标准病房"考核标准(2018年版)进行全面修订,新标准使用随机抽查的方法,以提高临床药师药品管理和药学服务水平为核心,优化药事管理评分标准,规范麻精药品的应用与管理。结果:建立并颁布安徽省"癌痛规范化治疗标准病房"考核标准(2019年版),满分100分,其中药事管理总分20分,包括药学服务、药品配备、药品管理、处方管理共4项内容,大于等于14分为药事管理部分考核合格。结论:安徽省"癌痛规范化治疗标准病房"考核标准(2019年版)之药事管理标准对促进癌痛规范化治疗,规范麻精药品应用与管理,提升药学服务能力和价值具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE To establish the pharmaceutical management standard of"standard ward for standardized treatment of cancer pain"in Anhui Province(2019 edition).METHODS The Pharmaceutical Affairs Management Quality Control Center of Anhui Province,in cooperation with the Anhui Cancer Quality Control Center,comprehensively revised the assessment criteria for"Cancer pain Standardized Treatment Standard Ward"in Anhui Province(2018 edition)in response to the problems found in the questionnaire survey of 98 hospitals that were identified in the standard wards for standardized treatment of cancer pain in 2018,combining with the requirements for the establishment of Grood Pain Management Ward and the practical experience of establishing GPM Ward in Anhui Province for many years,and used the method of random inspection to improve the drug management and pharmaceutical service level of clinical pharmacists as the core,optimize the pharmaceutical management scoring criteria,and standardize the application and management of ephedrine drugs.RESULTS The assessment standard of"Standard Ward for Standardized Treatment of Cancer Pain"in Anhui Province(2019 Edition)was established and issued,with a full score of 100 points,of which the total score of pharmaceutical management was 20 points,including four dimensions:pharmaceutical care,drug allocation,drug management,and prescription management,and greater than or equal to 14 points was assessed as qualified in the pharmaceutical management part.CONCLUSION The pharmaceutical management criteria of the assessment criteria of"standard ward for standardized treatment of cancer pain"in Anhui Province(2019 edition)is of great significance in promoting standardized treatment of cancer pain,standardizing the application and management of ephedra drugs,and improving the pharmaceutical care ability and value.
